Delivery Times:
Our hours of operation are Monday–Friday, 9 AM–3 PM. Orders are processed and shipped out from our warehouse within 2–7 business days. Expect Delays on Statutory Holidays & During the Holiday Season (November/December)
Kindly note all estimated delivery time is AFTER orders have been shipped out and not local transit. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days. Please exclude them from business day calculations below.
Due to large volume of orders, it may take 1–3 business days for orders to scan and update tracking (UPS).
Delivery Estimates by Region:
Ontario – Delivery within 5–10 business days after being processed and shipped out.
Quebec – Delivery within 7–12 business days after being processed and shipping out.
New Brunswick / Manitoba / Saskatchewan / Alberta / BC / Nova Scotia – Delivery within 5–10 business days after being processed and shipping out.
Newfoundland / PEI – Delivery within 7–12 business days after being processed and shipping out.
Rural locations will usually require extra time to deliver once processed or shipped out.
