Refund Policy
Our refund policy is as follows: Once your order is placed, if 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The plastic/cellophane must still be on and not tampered with. You can ship the item directly to our return address.
Tracking and signature acknowledgement is mandatory as part of the shipment return. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Most refunds (minus any shipping cost) will be processed within 3–5 business days. For any further questions or information, you can contact our returns department below.

Restocking fees are in place due to the high volume of orders (30%).
