How do I join Membership?

Add Membership to your cart and go through checkout (like any other purchase). After checkout, you’ll receive an onboarding email that explains how to access member benefits.

Enjoy 10% cashback on the products purchased with your Membership. All other benefits will activate after you check out with Membership.

Do I need to have an account to access Membership?

Yes. Once you sign up, you’ll be prompted to create an account (or sign in to your existing account). Use the same email address that purchased Membership. This is how you will access your store credit, view your discount code to redeem your free seasonal gift, and manage your membership.

Why aren't my benefits working?

You must use the same email you used when purchasing your membership in order to access your benefits. You have to sign in to your account to access your membership benefits.

Is the membership free a recurring change?

Yes. Members pay $14.99 or $139 one time for access to the membership program. The membership will auto-renew annually until you decide to cancel. You can cancel your membership’s auto-renewal at any time through your account portal or by contacting us at opulexgroup@gmail.com.

There are no termination fees or hidden costs associated with cancellation, though all purchases of the membership are final. If canceled, your membership will still remain active through the current billing period.

How do I take advantage of my early access to launches and restocks?

You’ll be emailed separately from the rest of our customers to ensure you’re the first to know about any major product drops and restocks. There’s nothing you need to do to access this benefit other than opening any emails or text messages from us.

How can I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership from your account portal at any time or by contacting our customer support team at opulexgroup@gmail.com. There are no termination fees or hidden costs to cancel, but we do not provide refunds or credits, including partially used store credits.

Can I pause my membership?

No, we do not support pausing or skipping your membership at this time. However, you can cancel and rejoin the membership at any time.

How do I update my payment method?

You can update your payment method at any time from your account portal.

Can I return my membership or request a refund?

All purchases of the membership are final and cannot be returned or refunded. You can cancel your membership auto-renewal from your account portal at any time or by contacting our customer support team opulexgroup@gmail.com. If canceled, your membership will remain active until the end of the billing period.

How do I do an Instagram Collab post?

On Instagram, create your Reel or post → tap “Tag People” → select “Invite Collaborator” → search and add @ScentPass → publish.
Once we accept, the post will appear on both your profile and the ScentPass page.
Make sure your account is public so we can verify it.

How do you verify my referrals?
Each participant gets a unique referral link.
When your friends:
1.Sign up using your link, and
2.Complete the scent quiz,
 
our system automatically tracks it under your account.
Only completed quizzes count (not just clicks or signups).
When do I receive my $25 credit?
You’ll receive your $25 store credit/coupon within 24–48 hours after:
•Your collab video is verified, and
•5 friends complete the quiz using your link
 
We’ll email your coupon code to the email linked to your ScentPass account.
Can my friends be existing users?

Only new users who haven’t signed up before are eligible for referrals.
Existing accounts or duplicate signups will not count toward your 5 referrals.
